Q. What is the Connecticut Sales & Marketing Council?
A. A forum to help builders, realtors and other sales & marketing
professionals sell more homes more effectively
The Connecticut Sales & Marketing Council is a subgroup of the HBA of CT that provides training, education and periodic meetings to tour successful developments around the state. The CT Sales & Marketing Council is open to all members of the HBA of CT and their employees. Dues are $100.00 per year . Dues include membership in the NAHB's National Sales & Marketing Council and the following:
- A subscription to Sales + Marketing Ideas, an award-winning bi-monthly magazine
- Access to the NAHB's Sales & Marketing Channel, a members-only resource of new home sales and marketing articles, tips, and trends.
- Opportunities to earn professional designation courses through the Institute of Residential Marketing, the education arm of the National Sale & Marketing Council.
- NSMC eNews, a bi-monthly e-newsletter
- Networking events throughout the year.
