Login is restricted to the "active" contact for each member firm. Employees or other persons associated with a member company or firm should use the Username and Password of the "active" contact. The "active" contact person for HBA members is provided to the HBA of CT by the member's local association and/or NAHB when the member company or firm joins or renews their membership.
When logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your original password for security purposes. You will receive the prompt each time you login until you set up a new password.
If you forget your username, click on the "Forgot your User Name?" link below to recover your username. If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot your Password?" link below to reset your password. HBA staff does not have access to your secure password and it is encrypted in your online user profile (see below). If you forget your password, you must reset it using the "Forgot your Password?" link.
