Members: Please don't hesitate to add your email to our online database. Your e-mail is secure, used only rarely by the HBA of CT to communicate with you, and it is required to set up the forgotten password feature of our website (see below) and activate certain member only benefits of the website. Your email cannot be retrieved by others searching our on-line member database (only you and HBA of CT staff have access to it), and we will not share, sell or give away your email to any other persons.

Important Note for Retrieving Forgotten Passwords: Automatically retrieving your new password if you forget it will work only if you add your valid email address to the online HBACT member database. Your email is also necessary to activate other member-only benefits of this website. You can edit your online profile in two ways: 1. You will be taken to your online profile page each time you login until you set up a new password. On the same profile page, scroll down and enter your valid email address in the "Preferred Email" field, or 2. When logged in, you can change your online profile at any time by going to the "Members Only" menu at the top of most pages and clicking on Edit Your Online Member Profile. Please also edit the "Product or Service" field on your profile page so others have a better chance to find you in the directory search feature of the website (i.e., see under the "Resources for All" menu, click on "Find a Member"). After you have made edits to your online information, click "Submit Registration" at the bottom.

Who Can Login? Each HBA of CT member company or firm in good standing has one "active" contact person. We have also assigned one "active" contact person to each member company of the CT Developers Council and to each of the 5 Local Associations in CT. Only "active" contacts can login to the HBA of CT Member-Only pages of this site. Employees or other persons associated with a member company or firm should use the Username and Password of the "active" contact. (The "active" contact person for HBA members is provided to the HBA of CT by the member's local association and/or NAHB when the member company or firm joins or renews their membership.) All "active" contacts are periodically mailed instructions for logging in and what to use for their username and initial password.
